1. About the App

Let's buy is a subscription-based application that provides digital features and content to help users organize shopping-related activities and related in-app experiences. The app is licensed, not sold, to you.

Your use of the app may also be subject to Apple's App Store rules, policies, and the applicable Apple end user license terms. If there is a conflict between Apple's mandatory terms and these Terms, Apple's mandatory terms will apply to the extent of that conflict.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

1. You must use the app only in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and Apple account.
3. You must not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, reverse engineer the app except where permitted by law, or use the app in a way that could harm Kourion Apps LTD or other users.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

1. Certain features of Let's buy require a paid subscription purchased through Apple's App Store.
2. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
3. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, subscriptions renew automatically.
4. Your Apple account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the price then in effect for the selected plan.
5. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings after purchase.
6. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of that trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

4. Pricing, Refunds, and App Store Responsibility

Subscription prices are displayed in the App Store and may vary by country, currency, taxes, or Apple pricing rules. Apple is the merchant of record for App Store purchases and processes all billing transactions.

Refund requests, billing disputes, and payment issues for subscriptions must be directed to Apple and are governed by Apple's terms and policies. Kourion Apps LTD does not directly process App Store subscription payments and cannot issue refunds for purchases made through Apple.

5. License and Intellectual Property

Subject to these Terms, Kourion Apps LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Let's buy on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use and only as permitted by the App Store terms.

All rights, title, and interest in the app, including software, branding, text, graphics, and other content, remain the property of Kourion Apps LTD or its licensors.

6. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app or its features at any time, including to improve functionality, comply with legal obligations, or address security concerns.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the app after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

7. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Let's buy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for your specific needs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kourion Apps LTD and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or Kourion Apps LTD. We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you breach these Terms or if continued access could create legal, security, or operational risk.

Termination will not affect any rights or obligations that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply and cannot be excluded by contract.
